JEALOUS FRIENDS WILL DESTROY YOU!

It's funny how our parents would tell us they didn't like some of our friends, and we'd think they were nasty.

Stay away from him or her, my child, because you will be sorry.

At the time, we thought our parents were unnecessary, but as we grew older, we began to see what they saw in the very friends we didn't want to avoid.

They only show their true colours when you progress faster than they do, have what they don't, and are a better lover.

You were their BFF even when you had nothing. But now that your life is improving and you are accomplishing more, they show you flames.

Jealousy will frequently cause you to lose the good you have going.

TQ is telling you now that if you don't cut out such so-called friends, you will be sorry, in the words of the old wise ones we ignored when we were younger.

Keep an eye on that circle as you get older and make new friends. Your parents don't know who your new friends are, so they can't even advise you to avoid them.

You are an adult now, so keep your eyes open and keep an eye on your so-called

friends.

The good ones are those who are often there for you when you have nothing and share what they have.

They are the ones who will lift you up, push you to improve your life, and then celebrate your accomplishments.

Friends who are happy when you are struggling, don't help you in any way, and turn nasty when you break free from your difficulties are the most dangerous people to be around.

TQ despises jealous friends who want to be the only successful people in their group of friends.

You will hear rumours about how they talk behind your back and question what you have.

How did this person get such a nice job? And how did he or she get such a good-looking successful partner? They don't deserve it. It had to be a sangoma.

A simple congratulations would be nice, but you'll never hear that from jealous friends.

All TQ can say is run and run far for your own good.
